DESCRIPTION
As the site architect, I supervised the construction of a multi-family residential building, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring quality throughout the project. I optimized lighting and electrical layouts, developed apartment design modifications approved by the lead architect, Mario Lara, and worked directly with clients to customize unit layouts. During project closeout, I oversaw finishes and final inspections to ensure the highest standards of execution.
